Crazy weird snow of 2-24-11

Our road, no one was on it yet...deep and fluffy snow! (for some reason it is rotated and it isn't that way in my files...so I don't know what is wrong, just tilt your head to the right and pretend...LOL)

Alan had his new tractor at the house and decided to plow our roads...LOL what a goofball! Boys and their toys! Although --- Kenny Chesney is right..."I think he's tractor's sexy"....FOR SURE!

Sugar had no clue a really large tractor was approaching her...just "throw the ball mom...the ball...ball...ball...ball...throw it! I did throw it and she almost ran into the loader...what a goon!




OH MAN --- It goes from 72 degrees a week ago to that??? Are you kidding me...only in Nebraska right? Geez! The craziest thing was that starting at about Hwy-370 and Hwy-50 it was like a switch turned on and WHITE! So insane...most people in West Omaha didn't see much but a flake...we had horrible icy roads and white outs. Just so silly! But Sugar sure had a fun time!!! She loves the snow. Well, I think she'd love pretty much anything as long as we played ball!

Little Miss Alayna Jane turned ONE on 2/10/11. Her party was this weekend on Saturday. Ang did a great job with all the decorations and the yummy dessert treats! Alayna loved her cupcake (as you can see) and did so good with that many people there staring at her and snapping photo's like the paparazzi!!!! What a fun day! We love you little monkey, and can't wait to watch you grow, explore, learn, and make us all laugh in the next year!

Silly Sleeping Spots...

WHAT A GOOF BALL! So Alan and I ran some errands and went to check on a couple houses Saturday --- went to lunch at Rivera's Mexican...OMG YUM! It is sooo delicious, off of 120th & Blondo...small and nothing fancy but it is amazing mexican. I got the double spicy enchilada's...nose running, eyes watering...the whole bit, but SOOO WORTH IT! Anyway...so Alan had a small spot for Sugar to sit in the back seat cause he had all kinds of tools/products/coats/etc cluttering it. I moved it all around and gave her about 3/4 of the bench to lay on. Instead I look back and she has propped her chin on a tool case and sleeping...DORK! I mean every bump or movement vibrated her whole head...so silly! Then she moved and we looked back to find her whole head hanging off the back seat. Body and feet all comfy on the bench and head completely upside down! It was absolutely hilarious. I took a video --- it is seriously hilarious! It is too large to upload though so I am bummed!!!!
