What happens in a small time during a blizzard!

You can't tell...but the boots on my feet are STOCKINGS LOL we took them right off of the wall and put them on my feet! LOL I thought Julie was gonna pee her pants!!

My sister Jenny and her husband Ross are the proud parents of a perfect little baby girl! Madelyn Lou Haselhorst was born Saturday, December 26th! She was 7lbs 7oz and 20.5 inches long. She has light brown hair and the longest little eyelashes I have ever seen on a newborn! We drove to Lincoln Sunday to visit them all in the hospital! What a sweet baby she is...we can't wait to spoil her rotton!!!

A snowed in Christmas!

We ate like kings, drank like queens, and all looked like pretty princess' in our crowns! LOL We had my mom, Don, and sister Carey over for Christmas dinner on Saturday --- one of the funny Santa gifts came with all these crowns so we wore them...it was quite funny!
Sugar's new naughty behavior...puts her paws up over the back of the couch...she can't be on the furniture or on the living room carpet...but somehow she seems to think this is ok behavior! URGH...but her darn face is so cute it is hard not to laugh.

And yes...if you don't pay attention to her she sneaks up behind you with this serious little face and paws/claws at your head...as you can see, she is really giving it to her daddy!

Waiting patiently for her first Christmas present!

At Grandpa Russ' house for Christmas the dogs ran outside for a long time and then came in to rest a little --- in the ENORMOUS kennel he bought --- as you can see it fit both dogs and almost grandpa!

Koma wasn't super happy to be stuck in the kennel so she sorta chewed up her bed a little. Sugar surprisingly didn't mind being in there!

They are giving us the evil eye! LOL

Although she is trying to be sneaky and camoflauge...there is one little piece of evidence pointing us in her direction!!! LOL

She likes her new hunting tent! Grandma Evy gave it to Alan for Christmas so he doesn't have to share his little ground blind with her anymore...she takes up too much room and can't get comfy...plus she tends to pass a little gas while in confined spaces! LOL I'd say poor Alan, but I think it is God's way of payback for the many many years he's put me through! LOL

Well the weather altered our Christmas plans a bit, but that is okay. We still had a really nice weekend and got to see most everyone. Lots of great gifts and tons of yummy food. I was spoiled again this year...man, I feel so blessed to get so many of the items on my list! LOL

How HILARIOUS!! This is my friend Stephanie's Christmas card this year! Her with her hubby Rick...daughter Lexi...and puppy Lucky!!! What a hoot!!!! You can't tell it but Lucky is ALSO wearing a Snuggie!!!! FUNNIEST EVER!

Angela and I had a client in need of some help with filling her entertainment shelves. She pretty much let us decide what we wanted to do --- we did a 4 piece collection...all using cream, brown, and teal which compliment her living room quite well. The pieces turned out great and look gorgeous in her home. I am in love with the zebra plate!!!!

Alan, Sugar and I played in the snow yesterday. We took a Ranger ride around the lake then to spin some cookies on the ice! The lake is around 6 inches thick now...still a little nervy for the first time! Then they played retrieve for awhile and Sugar got all wore out! Needed a little nap when we got inside! What a fun time though! She is such a crack up.

Well Ol' Uncle Eddie decided to swing by for a visit. What a hoot seeing him at the copier! LOL He was originally missing the cigar and cocktail so I quick whipped them up for Jim. Now his outfit is complete!!!

Barbie all pretty on her birthday! I hope she goes out this evening to celebrate and wears her pretty sweater. Actually she was making it and her mother saw it and said, "Oh Barbie...that is so beautiful!"....Guess what mama is getting for Christmas this year???

Saturday we went sledding at Dana's. Sugar had a really great time and was sooooo sleepy when we got home. The snow was chest deep to her, it was fun watching her run and play...and chase me down the hill! :)
