Sugarland Concert tonight!

I am so pumped! Tonight is the Sugarland and Billy Currington Concert at the Qwest. I am going with some co-workers, one of our suppliers has a suite and we got invited! Super excited. I will take some pictures and hopefully post them tomorrow!

Sugar and her sibblings are 5 weeks OLD!

The puppies are all getting so big! Their mommy (Belle) gets attached as she tries to walk anywhere! How cute...we can't wait to go visit them and pick her out. Not sure on the exact date now. We want them to really get their own personalities first.

Happy Memorial Weekend

We have a fun weekend planned. Sand Volleyball tonight and an all day party tomorrow. Sunday I am going to the "Wicked" play with Angela and Kiera. I have heard all kinds of great things about it and can't wait! Have a safe and Happy Memorial Weekend.

Amy and Keli both had girls!

Our friends Amy and Curt had a baby girl Sunday afternoon! It is their first baby! Her name is Emma Grace.

Our other friends Keli and Scott had a baby girl today around noon. It is baby #3 but their first little girl! They are still working on a name!

Congratualations to both of them!

I can't wait to meet the little angels.

Fishing Last Night

Alan, Tim and I went fishing last night...Alan was the lucky winner! I think Tim and I were using that new "don't catch anything" bait! LOL Alan caught a few, but this was the biggest one of the night. 3 lb 7 oz Large Mouth --- he looked bigger than that though. I thought about pretending I caught it...but that would just be wrong. LOL

First time outside!

AHHHH --- they are the cutest, cutest, cutest! We can't wait to go pick Sugar out on the 31st of May!

The Beach and Dock

Our dock and shore station are properly placed now! Alan had that section dug out 10-14 feet so that the dock can be up close to the beach and the boat will go down! Then Alan took the tractor and smoothed out tons of sand...the beach and volleyball court are so nice now. Thanks ALAN!

FUN TIMES AT ANDIE'S DIRTY THIRTY PARTY

The party was a blast! A lot of people...hilarious shirts! Fun was has by all.

GOLFERS WANTED ---- PRIZE DONATIONS NEEDED

I volunteer on the Golf Tournament Committee for the American Cancer Society. The tournament is Monday, June 8th at The Player's Club, Deer Creek. The day includes lunch at noon - margarita's - 18 holes of golf - cart - and dinner/banquet after golf. We are looking for teams of golfers! If you would like to play please let me know! You can email me at amandalackas@yahoo.com. $125/person --- all proceeds go to the local American Cancer Society. We also are looking for prize donations for the raffle. We have a lot of hotel stays, and would be very appreciative of restaurant certificates for packaging. Otherwise any prize donation is welcome! Anything you and/or your company can do to help would be greatly appreciated!

SUGAR IS 2 WEEKS OLD

They are so darn CUTE!!!!! Eyes are open now and they are stumbling around on all fours!

This is the breeders daughter with a couple puppies! They all love them so much.

KENNY CHESNEY CONCERT

I am going to the Kenny Chesney Concert tonight with Stacy! Can't wait. We have seats on the floor that should be right by the stage! I'll be sure to take plenty of pictures and post them this weekend!

ANDIE'S DIRTY 30 PARTY

We are hosting a "Dirty Thirty" Party for our friend Andie this weekend at our house. We are getting so excited! She requested that everyone wear a really "dirty" saying T-Shirt...be it racey, or politically incorrect, or just down right WRONG...it will be there I am sure. Alan and I both have ours and I crack up every time I think of them. All the food is "nick-named" something inappropriate, and it will be an absolute HOOT! CAn't wait for Saturday night! We'll all have side aches and achy faces from laughing and smiling all night long. What a fun party it will be!

Out and about with Traci Sue and Cari Jo!

Had a great time at Bullfeather's last night hanging out with Traci and Cari! Traci made delicious pizza and cheese nuggets with yummy ranch dip for us afterwards! Thanks Traci Sue...it was great! So fun ladies!!!

Sugar is 1 week OLD!!

The puppies are doing awesome!!! They are growing so fast...their eyes should be opening soon. AHHH time can't go by fast enough, I just want to pick her out!

FUN MINI-CAKE

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug (MicroSafe)

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. Cut in half and serve with ice cream. Perfect little dessert for TWO!
